1. Who we are

This privacy policy applies to the website at abullaistrust.in and the Zaib Academy Prayer Times Display Android application, both operated by Abul Lais Educational & Welfare Trust, registered at 289E Dargah Road, Park Circus, Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

2. Android TV application

The Zaib Academy Prayer Times Display app is a full-screen WebView that loads abullaistrust.in/display. The app itself:

• Collects no personal data of any kind
• Contains no advertisements
• Does not track usage, location, or device identifiers
• Does not require an account or sign-in
• Communicates only with abullaistrust.in over HTTPS to fetch live prayer times

All communication between the app and our server is encrypted via TLS (HTTPS). No data is transmitted to any third party.

3. Website — information we collect

We collect information only when you actively provide it:

• Contact form — name, email address, phone number, and message. Used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not share this with third parties or use it for marketing.
• Admission enquiry form — parent and student details submitted via the Zaib Academy admissions form. Used only to process your admission enquiry.

We do not use cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising trackers on this website.

4. How we store your data

Form submissions are stored in a secure database provided by Supabase (hosted in the Mumbai, India region). Access is restricted to authorised trust staff only. We retain contact submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, after which they may be deleted at the discretion of our administrators.

5. Prayer times data

Prayer times displayed on the website and in the app are calculated locally using the open-source adhan-jslibrary based on the masjid's GPS coordinates. No prayer time data is sent to or fetched from any external third-party API.

6. Third-party services

• Vercel — our website hosting provider. Vercel may log standard server access information (IP address, request path, timestamp) for operational purposes. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — our database provider. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.

We use no other third-party services, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or social media tracking pixels.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have submitted to us by contacting abullaistrust@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children's privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The Android TV app collects no data from anyone. If you believe a child has submitted personal data through our contact forms, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the website or app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
